“Now Your Athletes Can FINALLY Perform Their Best
Under Pressure -- Guaranteed!”
Imagine - Amazing NEW Courage to WinTM mental toughness for sport formula... developed and tested with over 2,000 athletes...reveals a proven, step-by-step method for conquering performance anxiety and choking! Don’t believe it? Olympic and National Team athletes didn’t at first either…but now they’re saying, “Traditional sports psychology is obsolete!” For details on the origin of this formula, click on the Play button below.
Dear Coach,
I have a few questions for you. Please be brutally honest when you answer…
Have you ever worked really hard to prepare your athletes – I mean with 100%
preparation --
only to have them perform far below their ability?
Worse, they had every reason to be confident, and you didn’t know why this happened? In your mind, you knew your athletes were good enough, but for some reason they couldn’t summon the confidence they needed, and ended up being passive. Here’s another one…
Have your athletes ever started out with the right game plan only
to encounter
problem after problem such as a bad start, an opponent
who is ‘on fire’,
or bad officiating? Pretty soon, you got that sinking feeling
in your stomach
that today just wasn’t your day?
Of course, the worst part was that you thought your athletes were mentally prepared until these things crept up on them. And finally:
Have your athletes ever under-performed…whether it was due to fatigue,
a surprising
opponent, or simply a sub-par effort…and then had trouble
re-kindling their motivation
and confidence before their next event?
You were trying to encourage them, yet they continued to doubt…and your technical corrections only made them feel worse. I’m guessing when one of these things happened, your friends said things like, “You just need to be positive.” Or they said, “Don’t worry about it. They’ll do better next time.” But no matter what they said, you kept thinking about it. In fact, these failures really ate you up inside.
And I’ll bet the reason why it got to you was that you were secretly worried that these disappointments had something to do with your athletes’ mental game (and not just the circumstances they faced). Unfortunately, you’re probably right. Chances are the level of your athletes’ mental toughness did have something to do with their disappointing performance, and things probably would have turned out differently if they would have known how to deal with the situation. You can prevent these situations from happening and help your athletes reach their potential…if you know what to do…
The Secret to Performing Flawlessly
Under Pressure
The main issue here, and the thing blocking you, is that mental toughness and confidence are not easy subjects to understand. Just being a talented athlete or coach doesn’t mean you’ll instantly know how to shine under pressure in your biggest events.
This situation is MOST dangerous when you don’t catch it early enough…the next thing you know, it’s too late to stop your athletes from choking. Let’s face it, there’s nothing worse than figuring out your athletes’ confidence is in trouble the day of the event. It’s hard enough to qualify for big competitions…you can’t afford to blow them because your athletes didn’t handle their mental game in advance.
There is some good news here. I believe there is something you can do about it.
Your athletes CAN develop genuine mental toughness and confidence under pressure. They can learn how to perform flawlessly in big events, no matter what.
How do I know this?
Because I AM an athlete. And I’ve experienced all the situations I just described to you—from both sides. From the side of a frustrated underperformer and from the side of a mentally tough athlete who (finally) managed to reach her potential.
After years of being talented yet choking all too often, I decided to do something about it…and I embarked on a mission to find answers. These answers didn’t come overnight. I did all the traditional sports psychology stuff—the goal-setting, the positive thinking, and the visualization. While these techniques definitely helped, I still couldn’t generate the consistent confidence I needed to reach my potential.
Fortunately, I did not give up. I spent several more years carefully researching and testing new, different, and even radical mental toughness strategies. My efforts did not go to waste. I went on to play for Team Canada for ten years, scoring the winning goals in the dying minutes of three World Championships.
For over 14 years now I've worked with over 2,000 elite and professional athletes helping them master mental toughness. I currently serve more than 3,752 online athletes in over 12 countries including Canada, New Zealand, Australia, Great Britain, and the United States. Canadian Olympic and National Team athletes in many sports including hockey, badminton, golf, speed skating, fencing, softball, figure skating, and curling have routinely paid $300 per session for private coaching. It's since been my lifelong career. Here’s what I discovered:
The 3 Deadly Mistakes Athletes Make Under Pressure
Without EVER Realizing It…
Through my research and personal experience, I’ve found that these 3 mistakes are responsible for more failures in sport more than any other factor:
Mistake #1: Trying to Control
Most athletes are obsessed with winning. They’re thinking about how to perform well and look good. They’re especially obsessed with not choking.
Maybe you’ve been there yourself. I know I have. Many, many times.
The obsession with performing well and winning usually comes with another impulse: TRYING TO CONTROL – your confidence, your performance, and winning. Here are some of the signs of an athlete trying to control:
- He interferes with his technique rather than letting his body lead. If he’s a tennis player, he’ll try to guide and steer the ball, which messes up his strokes and erodes his game. If he’s a basketball player, he’ll try to ‘do it all himself’ and drive to the basket every time instead of reading the defense. If she’s a swimmer, she’ll focus on her opponent instead of executing her own race plan.
- She pressures herself to be emotionally perfect. She wants herself to be calm, cool, and collected at all times, even when it’s natural for her to be a little nervous or frustrated. Anytime she isn’t feeling 100% confident, she becomes unglued about her mental game.
- He pressures his teammates to play better, he pressures his coach to make changes, and he pressures officials to shape up. He takes his focus off the event and puts it on stuff he can’t control.
Most coaches also try to CONTROL – by correcting athletes, telling them to be confident, and getting angry when the athlete doesn’t perform. Of course, try to CONTROL doesn’t work, because this causes athletes to tense up, over-try, and make even more errors.
Mistake #2: Not Knowing How to Defeat A "Demon" Stressor
Did you know that while there are many stressors and setbacks an athlete can face in competition (a mistake, a bad start, negative coach), one of these affects him more than all of the others combined? I call this a “demon stressor”.
Sadly, even confident athletes can fall victim to losing their confidence when their demon shows up. If your athletes want to perform their best under pressure, they must use an exact process of identifying and defeating their "demon stressor" (…and it’s not positive thinking – because all too often, there is nothing positive about this setback).
Mistake #3: Over-Criticizing
Do your athletes ever criticize themselves for getting frustrated or under-performing?
You might find this shocking, but here's the truth: Frustration and performance anxiety are not a problem if you know how to handle them. If you’re a competitive athlete, it's perfectly natural to get mad if you're under-performing. Also, briefly under-performing is Ok too. Sometimes an opponent outsmarts you or you get hit by a weird setback.
But must athletes make the mistake of channeling their frustration inwards--towards themselves in a way that’s destructive. If this describes your athletes, not only are they going to be on an emotional roller coaster, they'll be bad students of their sport. Here's why: When an athlete over-criticizes himself, he is creating shame. Unconsciously, he is assuming he cannot get the performance he wants from himself. This is based on a view of himself that says, 'I can't do it.'
There is a better way to channel frustration for better performance, and all champions know it...
Here’s How Your Athletes Can Perform
Flawlessly Under Pressure
Wouldn’t it be heavenly to be able to predict your athletes’ performance in big competitions? To take the guesswork out of it? To know, beyond a shadow of a doubt, that you can trust them to shine?
Would you like your athletes to learn how to trigger breakthrough confidence before competing --and maintain it? Wouldn’t it be nice if they knew the proper psyche up methods for guaranteeing a killer start? Would you like your athletes or team to have an almost “unfair” advantage over all the other competitors? Do your athletes want to break free of the destructive cycle of shame that follows them when they choke? Would they like to escape the fear that they’ll never reach their true potential?
If you answered YES to any of these questions, I have some thrilling news for you…I’ve put together the definitive mental toughness for sport home study program that literally any athlete can use to perform flawlessly under pressure no matter what. And, I've made put it into an easy-to-use, "no-brainer" format for you to present to your athletes with minimal effort.
Your “Secret Weapon” For
Performing Under Pressure
My program is called, “The Courage to WinTM in Sport: Perform Your Best Under Pressure 30 Day Advanced HOME STUDY Program.” In this program, I’m going to reveal the NEW mental toughness formula for shining under pressure you can give to your athletes so they can truly reach their potential in sport…
**Warning: This program is not a re-hash of traditional sport psychology techniques such as goal-setting, visualization, or positive thinking. It goes way deeper than most of these techniques and will literally ‘blow the lid off’ what you’ve heard for years…
- The Root Cause of Underachievement in Sport. There is a little-known, yet widely acclaimed breakthrough discovery in psychology in the 20th century that, for the first time ever, revealed the root cause of underachievement in sport. Armed with this powerful secret, you will be able to render yourself impervious to underachievement and ascend to never-before-imagined heights in your athletic career.
- Never Dread Performance Anxiety Again. Discover the strategy for expertly reducing performance anxiety in yourself, no matter what form it takes: nerves, passivity, or choking. Using this simple strategy, you will have the capacity to cure performance anxiety with lightening speed.
- GAME FACE. How to psyche up the day of competition using a dynamite pre-competition routine so you are relaxed, confident, and totally prepared to win.
- How to Deal with Adversity in Competition. Most athletes are not in control of their performance. If circumstances are good, they perform well; but when things don't go their way, they tend to perform poorly. The very best athletes know exactly how to re-focus when bad things happen to them in competition. I will show you exactly how to identify your stressors and how to overcome them so you can stay on your “A” game no matter what.
- Three Giant Mistakes Athletes Make With Their Inner Game. Virtually every failure in sport can be attributed to one of three mistakes: trying to control the outcome, over-criticizing yourself, or getting blown away by a major distraction. If you suffer from any of these three mistakes, you will learn how to escape them once and for all.
- The Power of Being A “Tough Competitor” – How to steel yourself for certain highly charged, emotional competitive situations so you are ready when such confrontations come around (from hockey superstar Wayne Gretzky himself).
- How to Cure the Fear of Failure. The dilemma? It's that most sport psychology 'techniques' for confidence (affirmations, positive thinking) pump you up temporarily, but the moment you stop using them, the fear comes back. This is because these 'techniques' do not address the root cause of fear and low confidence. You will finally learn the real antidote to fear and how to use Olympic sprinter Michael Johnson’s sneaky trick for curing it when the pressure seems unmanageable. You won't believe the inner security this knowledge will provide.
- Why Positive Thinking Is Overrated. If you are haunted by self-limiting beliefs such as ‘I can’t’, or ‘I’m not enough’, there’s a reason...and it IS curable using a radical alternative to positive thinking.
- The Magic of 'E.V.' - Every top performer uses this technique to restore momentum when his confidence, motivation, and discipline temporarily falter. This magical technique astonishes even the most cynical of cynics by injecting them with surprising energy and confidence.
- Mark Tewksbury's mental secret for capturing an Olympic gold medal in swimming (it will surprise you!)
- Professional musician John Molo’s method for laughing at negative emotions when the pressure is on (that he learned playing the Grammy awards!)
- A 5 minute exercise that you can use to identify your “demon” – your demon is the one stressor that causes you to lose confidence in competition. Use this knowledge to put together a devastatingly powerful plan for defeating your "demon" when it shows up in competition.
- The REAL reason why ignoring fear causes you to choke, and what Olympic swimmer Alex Bauman did to erase self-doubt and win a gold medal.
- What to do when you’ve suffered a traumatic defeat that seems unbearable (Trust me. This is a situation you must address or risk choking again and again).
- The key to preparing for the unique stressors and distractions of high level competitions you’ve never faced, such as provincial, national, and Olympic championships – from Jan Betker, Olympic curling champion.
- The “enemy of confidence” that will gradually eat away at your belief in your ability through the grind of competition…no matter how skilled and accomplished you are.
- And much, much, much more…
After developing, testing, and refining this mental toughness formula in competitive settings with over 2,000 athletes in the past 14 years, this formula is now available to coaches and athletes worldwide thanks to the magic of the internet. It doesn’t matter if your athletes are still mastering the fundamentals or on the verge of turning pro, the secrets I will share with you will elevate their mental game to the next level. If you’re looking for the real path to breakthrough confidence – and to avoid the mental traps and mistakes most athletes make – this could be the most important program you’ll ever find.
The Mental Toughness Secrets Your Competitors Hope
You NEVER Find Out…
Have you ever watched an athlete like Michael Jordan, Wayne Gretzky, or Tiger Woods put on a display of incredible mental toughness? Where this athlete showed a profound ability to stay in control and triumph when facing setbacks and adversity? But can an athlete display mental toughness consistently?
The answer is YES.
Your athletes might not have the physical skills of a Michael Jordan (or be seven feet tall), but they can learn how to play at the upper limit of your talent consistently – whatever that talent level is.
So, how does this happen? How do they develop the intangible mental toughness factor?
Well…as you can imagine…most athletes have never been taught this stuff...in fact, most athletes try not to think about their nerves. They want their fears and frustrations to go away, and they want mental toughness to just happen. When I set out to create this mental toughness program, I made it my mission to find what REALLY works when it comes to performing flawlessly under pressure…and I made some shocking discoveries…
I noticed that successful athletes are not people who perform well under pressure. Successful athletes are people who create an internal environment for themselves in which they do not feel overwhelming pressure. I saw that there was one distinct thing these champion athletes did to trigger unusually high levels of confidence and self-trust which paved the way to success in big events. Each one of them also had a unique way of starting major events so they were completely psyched, right from the beginning. They also had a way of dealing with coaches, teammates, and officials that created trust and respect so their energy wasn’t sucked dry by petty conflicts.
Can You REALLY Learn
Mental Toughness In A Program?
I’m going to level with you: I can't give your athletes mental toughness.
No one can. Your athletes develop mental toughness in training and competition.
What you can give them is something only a precious few athletes know, and that’s exactly HOW to approach training and competition so they become more mentally tough every time they compete. Using this simple, easy-to-implement program, you can help them bring out their best under pressure. Not only will your athletes develop outstanding mental skills, you will become the kind of coach who inspires the intangible mental toughness factor in his or her athletes.
Will it work for everyone? Of course not. Mental toughness requires a bit of work to develop, and not everyone is willing to follow through. But what if this knowledge gives your athletes that one title, trophy, or medal they’ve always wanted? Or, what if this helps them really, truly have fun while competing? Or rescues your team’s motivation from the brink?
What would that be worth to you? To your athletes? What if there’s even a chance that this program can actually take you and your athletes straight to the top? What if your athletes can really master the will to win, becoming the kind of leaders who make everyone around them better? What would that be worth to you? A thousand dollars? Ten thousand? For most athletes and coaches I know, it would be priceless.
One thing is for sure: sometime soon, your athletes are going to be in a situation that demands the courage to win…and they’ll be very grateful you gave them this courage.

Your Investment
Because I want as many athletes and coaches as possible to benefit, I’ve decided to price it very economically, at just $299 $197. For a team of twelve, this is only $16.41 per athlete!

PPS: Here are some common questions people ask about this Advanced HOME STUDY program: Q. Lisa, I’m pretty busy. How much time does The Courage to WinTM in Sport: Perform Your Best Under Pressure take? A. It will take your athletes approximately 1-2 hours each week. If you’re considering this training but are worried about your athletes’ time, remember that most people watch between 30-40 hours of T.V. per week. The good news is that your athletes will LOVE this program, so you will not have to motivate them! The material is presented in an exciting way, PLUS it’s the answer to their prayers. Of course, many coaches take their athletes through this program themselves because it's so simple to do. If you do, I suggest you conduct four mental toughness sessions with your team (based on the four lessons in the program). The materials are laid out so that you can host these four sessions with no changes and minimal prep....it's so easy, it's almost 'paint by number'. Plus, if you do have any questions, we provide unlimited email and telephone support for you just in case you need clarification or quick support. Q. My athletes are already at the top of their division. Why should I bother with this training? A. That’s great and many people envy you. However, as you well know, the difference between success and failure at the highest level of sport is as thin as a razor’s edge. Everyone is getting more competitive and, I’m guessing they are gunning for you. To stay on top, why not give your team that added mental edge? Plus, the Courage to WinTM will not only make your athletes better, it can help them mature, be more coachable and accountable, and open up a whole new world of fulfillment for them in sport. Q. Lisa, I don’t have an unlimited budget. Your training costs more than a cup of coffee. How can I be sure I’ll get my money’s worth? A. I don’t blame you for being skeptical or cost conscious. Lots of people are trying to sell worthless information to others by preying on their regret over past failures, which I personally detest. That’s why there are a few important things I want you to know about me. Without bragging, I have a very strong reputation for being an excellent coach with a tremendous command of mental toughness strategies. I have personally coached thousands of world class athletes, business people, and performing artists to new heights. I have conducted over 1,100 seminars on mental toughness across North America. I have my own electronic magazine with over 12,000 subscribers. I am interviewed by media such as The New York Times and Entrepreneur magazine on performance enhancement and mental toughness. I am not going to damage my professional reputation by selling you a bad training program, which is why I back it with my 100% "No Hedging or Aggravation" Money-Back Guarantee. I can make this no-risk offer because I KNOW how many athletes and coaches have successfully used this program to achieve life-changing results. |
